@racquets100 @TELUS I didn’t even have to ask, let alone threaten to leave! I was calling thinking I needed to upgrade my internet plan and maybe cut back TV service and the rep offered the upgrade for free AND the TV discount. Very impressed!

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

I didn’t cost Rogers a dime in staffing in the last 12 months, and I’ve been a pretty easy going customer for 15 years. I’m done though. I’m done being their customer. I want a cell phone plan with a company that isn’t this despicable, but sadly Telus and Bell are on that list.

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo I just waited an hour and forty five minutes on hold after being told at the beginning that the wait time was between 35 and 45 minutes. This is the third time I’ve called in the last three days with extended wait time and shitty service. Can’t wait for @TELUS

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

BREACH ALERT: TELUS Digital — ShinyHunters hacking group has stolen nearly 1 petabyte of data from TELUS Digital, the BPO and AI subsidiary of Canadian telecom giant TELUS. The stolen data reportedly includes customer support records, voice recordings of calls, financial information, FBI background checks, and source code across more than two dozen client companies. ShinyHunters demanded $65 million USD in ransom after gaining access through credentials found in the Salesloft Drift breach. TELUS has confirmed the incident, engaged forensic experts and law enforcement, and is notifying affected customers. Severity: CRITICAL.

Warning Canadians today about a massive @TELUSsupport breach that has EXTREME implications for ALL customers. If you're a telus customer change all passwords, pin numbers, security codes everything. Also I'd be calling asking for an explanation, compensation and more. Some details: Telus Digital has confirmed it is investigating a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to a limited number of its systems. The confirmation follows claims by the hacking and extortion group ShinyHunters that they stole nearly 1 petabyte (1,000 terabytes) of data in a multi-month breach. The hackers claim to have accessed data related to Telus's business process outsourcing (BPO) operations, as well as call records for its consumer telecommunications division. This allegedly includes: Personally identifiable information (PII) of customers. Voice recordings of support calls and detailed call metadata (time, duration, numbers). Internal source code and financial information. Information related to approximately 28 well-known client companies served by Telus Digital.

@TheChaosWeeber Water, sewer, garbage is about $100/month. But only an idjit would pay 280 for internet. Telus doubled my bill to over 200 so I immediately switched to Shaw and got my bill back to where it was.

@Rogers internet goes out. Checked all cables, rebooted the modem, WPS reset. Still not working This stupid Rogers/Shaw merger has caused quite a few problems. AND I DON’T GET A TECH FOR DAYS. When it was just Shaw, I was able to get a tech the very next day. Switch to Telus?

@TELUS I got a call today from a man claiming Telus wanted to give me 20% off my Telus bill for the next 2 years with no changes to my service. I told him I was busy and would call Telus back. Pretty sure I don't need to bother calling you, right?
