    @racquets100 @TELUS I didn’t even have to ask, let alone threaten to leave! I was calling thinking I needed to upgrade my internet plan and maybe cut back TV service and the rep offered the upgrade for free AND the TV discount. Very impressed!

    @TELUSBusiness I’m done with Telus, I’ve been with them for over 20 years. This latest fiasco with Telus email being down for 3 days was completely unacceptable and then to kiss and make up with a $10 discount is an insult. Find the missing e-transfers!! I’m going to Shaw

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I just waited an hour and forty five minutes on hold after being told at the beginning that the wait time was between 35 and 45 minutes. This is the third time I’ve called in the last three days with extended wait time and shitty service. Can’t wait for @TELUS

    I'm pissed off. Its time to upgrade my plan w/@TELUS and they're like yeah $0 down, just owe the last $50 on your phone. Go through the long process selecting plans and all that then POW 0 down became $238 due now in taxes. That takes some ***** to lead us on like that.

    @hmetromy PRK pun okay tok abah.. but use new channel of voting la. maybe those people in SPR are too old to innovate.. look at new US system.. they imposed postage voting system as an alternative due to covid.. kalau SPR telus then there shouldnt be any problem to go with postage voting.

    @Shawhelp Would be a better night if I was able to watch the next episode of The Mandalorian. But my internet service is down and I have zero support for it. I pay over $100 / month just for internet, and I keep having to use my phone data to access the internet. I should switch to Telus

    @TELUSsupport I’ve been waiting for over 1 hour on hold w/Telus Tech Support Home Service because my Telus home phone says it’s not in service when people try to call me. Lines to house look good and Billing says I’m paying for that service. What the heck??

    @danisu87 My mother in law had pink everything on her tv one day. By the time I got there she had tried to fix it with the dedicated tv remote. I first had to set the tv back to English and fix all the sound settings. Unplug and replugged the TELUS box. Fixed
