    @Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

    @Videotron there has to be something you can about these scam phone calls regarding Service Canada and our social insurance numbers. I received 8 scam calls today back to back.

    @DisneyStudiosCA I paid for a subscription today for my residence in Montreal. My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

    @Videotron Besides, I didn't because I wasn't aware of my limits till I received my bill. However, this month I did receive an alert regarding with my usage limits. So it wasn't a technical problem.

    @Videotron No, but chat with a customer representative. Even her couldn't provide any solutions instead apologizing for the situation. Well, her apologizing is not what I need because it didn't solve the charges or any kind of that matter.

    @Videotron Three times in the last month you have needed to send a technician to my house to fix my internet and TV, and the same issues keep reoccurring. Internet has been AWOL since last night and TV signal weak. This is absolutely unac-*******-ceptable. Disgraceful. Do better.

    @Videotron I resolved it with customer service. Took 98 minutes on the phone and being transferred to 4 different agents but they confirmed I was overcharged by quite a bit two months in a row - no explanation why.

    @Videotron I'm trying to but your website is broken. Twitter was my only way to reach you. First seemed like a mistake. Agent insisted I would be credited lots and my bill this month should have been lower due to credits from previous overcharge. Was very upset to see a double bill again.

    Hey @Videotron: Just got my bill and that's two months in a row where you've "mistakenly" charged me double with no plausible explanation. Last month your agent told me it was resolved and that I'd have credits - this month wasn't fixed, was worse. Now your website is down. 👎

    @pierreluc_leb @Bell Videotron might not be the solution. I have videotron. My recorder is designed to record 8 channels simultaneously, but it doesn't work. I can only record 2 channels.

    @bikeviewca @Videotron @CapitalWard yeah, speeding to "make the light" is a problem that can have dire consequented. When a collision does happen, it's often treated as an oopsie because most of the time they get away with it and it was just bad luck that a collision happened.
