Absolutely incompetent and atrocious customer service. The government needs to legislate you guys to have actual customer support.

  jfc, Trying to use KooDoo, which wasn't bad before I went over to @rogers. KooDoo just tried to use my date of birth. I never gave them that. Without my consent, they just plucked it off my Driver's Licence. Look like I'm going to be without a phone. Canada!
