Rogers never once called me to lower anything, I’m not having an issues with bell as I stated and they are still calling me to lower my bill and give me promos. Telus and bell share the same LTE network.

@RogersHelps I was promised $250 prepaid card as winback customer within 2 weeks.Its 7th week now and I haven't rcvd it yet.When I am late paying bill I get charged late fee, shouldn't you compensate customers when u r late or not able to honor ur words.
