After this weekend I’m so very proud to be a “**** @Rogers” household. In 2018 an employee was using consumer accts to funnel free phones out be to sold outside of Rogers. My acct had 18 phones funnelled through it. Had I not checked into an exorbitant bill, I’d never had known.

@RogersHelps According to other users feedback on here I am not the only one experiencing issue with my ignite tv. It’s still freezing every so often. I’ve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & it’s still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.

@RogersHelps Do you have an update on when ignite tv will be working properly in L5N area? It’s still choppy & the internet is also running a little slow when trying to watch the LiveTv app in iPads. All I see is you saying everything is resolved & working when it’s clearly not.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They will wait to reach out once they are set-up with their new provider. I cancelled all my services recently because they are terrible with customer service. Now I get a call about 3x a week wanting to offer me the world. Ridiculous.

My bf, a few kms away, & at least one neighbour, are STILL without wifi. Since Friday. It’s Tuesday. How is @Rogers still in business? Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.

@MaheshNYCTO @LeBronMaclean Been very patient w/ Rogers. We always lose our service & if we have, it is very slow. With Ignite we still have issues - not as fast as promised. Only thing holding us back is our rogers emails. Could have switched yrs ago & maybe we could have lived better lives. @RogersHelps

Service is just partially restored for @rogers. We can make phone calls but no data, meaning some businesses still can’t process debit payments. I know there’s not much choices for providers, but definitely thinking of switching if this becomes a yearly thing. #rogersoutage
