@RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

Packetworks recently said they had been getting up to 50 notices a week about impending outage in 2 mo's prior to July 8th. Rogers let this happen!
