But Bell/Virgin have been pretty reliable for the last five years we've used them. For home internet however, I too had to revert to Twitter shaming, to get some action.

I was with Teksavvy for a long time and very happy with them, until there were area issues (with the Rogers infrastructure). Rogers saw that I was a Teksavvy customer so put the tech call for my house at the bottom of the list, and postponed it many times.

All of my other streaming apps are still casting fine. I have cleared the cache and restarted. #HELP

Some loyalty bonuses are ending & 2 people quoted 171, a 3rd more senior person quoted 176 as final price 1 hour later. Rogers - Clearly not trustworthy -Beware!

Every day I have to waste an hour to catch someone to create a ticket. Useless ticketing process & waste of time.
