The technician who came to install internet + phone service at one of our business stores is dumb with zero knowledge, and started installation at 11:30AM and the work wasn't done till 7pm.

I choose that option and they called me back now.The recording keeps saying please hold. We will connect you. But of course they don’t. Lol.
