    So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

    @Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

    Absolutely disgusted with @Bell, canceled my tv service last week in error, promised 100$ visa gift card, Internet got disconnected, and unable to locate my account. Absolutely shit company to be with. Just returned all their crap and better not see a bill.

    @Bell all I have to say is that if you come across door to door agent offering you 100$ visa gift cards to sign up with Bell...don’t take the offer, not only will they offer you that but will also offer service not available in your area. 100% scam.

    Hey @Bell! My elderly mother is paying for high speed internet and often experiences outages or slowed speeds. She often calls and your folks say it’s due to congestion (this isn’t helpful because it’s a Bell issue). It’s been slow/not working for nearly 24 hours now.

    @PrimusHelps @Bell_Support After 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold my call was answered. I don’t know if my problem has been fixed or not but I can hope. I really, really, really hate (deeply) your hold music. Call tech support and listen to the same five songs over and over and over.... @PrimusHelps

They are also lazy in #RuralCanada and refuse to provide service to areas that don't meet their #greed goals. Period. They need density requirements: no service to cities w/out rural!
