So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

@RogersHelps Canadians pay an outrageous amount for service, for whatever reason cell plans are more expensive here than in most of the rest of the world. Service interruptions do not require apologies, they require prorated compensation. This is on you to make right asap.
