-
LeafsBro (@Mk24466) reported@CaseyToGo @TorontoFCMR It'll only become worst the more stake @Rogers gets in MLSE
-
Robby Reed (@RobertsonR3090) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers **** off Rogers bring back the mentors game, 50% for employees and pay your employees a proper ******* wage of you're not gonna do that sell the ******* team you've killed the team I loved
-
Bridgeland YYC (@BridgelandYYC) reported@RogersHelps The last mile is provided by Rogers, and upstream power levels are too high. Time to take responsibility, and stop passing the buck. What is the Rogers SLA? One 9? Outages are far too frequent, connection is down now for 40 min, no WFH. Time to repair the infrastructure?
-
Charley (@CharleyXRP) reported@Rogers your customer service and support is already ******. What are you going to do with 10,000 less than employees? You guys don't know how to run a business. Ted left you a gold mine. You're ******* it
-
Sam Sung (@SamSunga3yr) reported@RogersHelps "I have already tried calling multiple times over the last 2 weeks, including a recent wait of over 80 minutes with no response. It is unacceptable to force me back to a phone line that doesn't work for a problem your system created by adding 2 unauthorized lines.
-
Zach (@zachnhso) reported.@Rogers never claim you’re the best ISP again that’s false advertising
-
░B░r░a░d░ ░M░c░K░i░n░n░o░n░ (@zebracreative1) reported@Rogers has the worst customer service of any company in north america
-
Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.
