@RogersHelps hello! I’m moving in early Dec. I’ll need to transfer my Internet and set up cable (currently obtained via condo). How much notice do you guys require? And there’s still a “moving” service right?

Hey @RogersHelps found a #tablet on the ground outside my kids school and would like to return it to the owner. It's a Rogers SIM card. Talked to live chat and said it can't help. Now I'm on hold! Any #suggestions?

The account is the same it’s not a new account set up. So they punish you for having a plan. Brutal customer service. @rogers

@rogers - can you please explain to my why the internet in my area is down again. This is a recurring theme it seems every other day. Maybe it’s time for me to cancel all my services and move somewhere else if you cannot provide a reliable service

@Rogers your customer support is ridiculous. Tried resolving a billing issue and both agents hung up on me. Is this how you treat your customers? #rude #poorcustomerservice

Unbelievable that @rogers would rather cancel my new plan than wave the activation fee. Told me to go in and cancel it wow lol. What is the activation fee for anyway? If I bought out the phone and switched the SIM card there would be no activation fee. Absolutely crazy.

@RogersHelps But for a company who hasn’t identified any issues, there were four Rogers trucks outside my house while these downtimes were happening.

@Rogers switching to rogers was worst decision I've made. You over charge on bills, offer free devices yet charge for them on bills .your customer service reps are useless, not helpful

@Rogers @Rogers treats loyal existing customers like ****. Offering the best deals to non customers to lure them in. It’s an abusive relationship.

@RogersHelps There is clearly no variety of reasons that the whole province is out . Why will you not just admit it is due to the cable towers being down or needing new wires . Stop saying variety of reasons . We pay a lot of money for service and you should know when it will work

@RogersHelps My internet is down since May 20th. Can you guys bother to escalate it to some higher department. If you don’t have enough capability to resolve the technical issues then stop giving false commitment to the customers and stop your pathetic internet service.

@RogersHelps @centzible We had the same issues for months lasy year. We were forced to upgrade to Ignited. We don't access atm and is taking you forever to restore it. Looking at alternative providers e.g. Starlink.

@RogersHelps Your company needs to act it's age and take ownership of the problems it's facing, not hiding and pretending y'all didn't **** your pants. We are all adults and we need information to make adult decisions. Be better

@RogersHelps I get that but the app keeps changing. One minute My List is there and the next minute its not. No consistency. That's my point. It used to work fine. Still mystified as to why it was changed because you only made it unstable!
-

@RogersHelps Just so you know I just checked the app and My List disappeared again! You definitely have a problem!

@RogersHelps You can’t hide the fact about your inefficiency from public. I am without internet since last 8 days now and hearing same response again and again. Kindly act on it and provide a resolution rather then just sending DM.

@steffanwatkins @Rogers @hydroottawa Shaw aren't cheap out here in the west, but at least their service is good and they're decent to deal with when there's a problem. I am not looking forward to Rogers taking them over if it's allowed to go ahead.

Moltenink

@RogersHelps We (as customers) SHOULD be able to make tough decisions about making plans to extend our wireless data if we are with another provider etc. We should be able to make choices when a service as essential as yours is will have a long term interruption
-
Bonnie Lee
(@stitchlady) reported
@RogersHelps I'd have to do this everytime I tried to use the app. Sorry but not worth the effort. Best if you just put it back to the way it was! Thanks for your help.
