    HELP @Rogers, your 5G network contractors were on my street just after Easter & left dozens of homes with 4ft deep holes on our front gardens w a piece of plywood & a construction cone on top. Said they would fill holes in 2 days...it’s July 1. Holes not filled. Help!

    @RogersHelps @CRTCeng @EdwardSRogers since when porting a numbers to Rogers as a new customer involve me providing my password of my login from my old provider to Rogers. This is complete violation of privacy and data security

    @RogersHelps There is zero point in that. You'll look, you'll say, everything looks fine now. I say yep. And we go around again. Or you send someone out, they say they found something, next day, same service.

    @RogersHelps Funny thing is it’s not about my phone. If you had a competent team they would know my issue. I have been trying to reach you in every possible channel. I can withhold my personal problems but you can’t hamper my business, especially in times like these.

    Hey @rogers how many times do I have to call to get a simple account and phone upgrade? It's now two weeks and a dozen calls and still no resolution. What more do I need to do to give you my money? By far the worst customer experience I've had with a mobile provider.

    @Rogers internet has been down all week. Issue is apparently with my neighborhood’s Node. Technician says infrastructure repair has to be dispatched. Also, he said Rogers doesn’t support modems in bridge mode? I’ve been using my own access point for over 10 years.

    @Rogers apparently the camera not working for your alarm system is common? and the sensors malfunctioning is also common so much so that you can just reset the whole tab to fix? don't get me started on the constant internet outages. ridiculous

    Oh look. Another @Rogers internet outage. That's several significant outages in recent weeks between internet and their mobile network. I'd switch to Bell, but I had nothing but problems with them too. We need more ISP / Telecom competition in this country.

    @godless_mom @Rogers Pick it up. I went back to Rogers (Shaw service sucked on the Island) and got the same or better package from Rogers for about 40% the cost of what I was paying previously. They’re desperate to win back business.
