    Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasnโ€™t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

    @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps ๐Ÿ’ฏ agreed! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless of our situation but when **** hits the fan for them, they are like oops looks like itโ€™s all fixed now sorry but no one ever gets anything in return

    @RogersHelps been having lots issues with our internet service here in Stouffville this past month. Continued outages almost everyday. Iโ€™ve called in a few times and granted I got a few days credit but this is completely unacceptable. Not a happy customer

    @RogersHelps It is an awfully long time. It is also awful customer service for a long time loyal customer to experience, especially from your higher ups. I guess there is a long queue of people before me who have been scammed by @Rogers.

    @RogersHelps No cell, no connection on my cell started intermittently on Saturday full off on Sunday and now Monday. I for one will be demanding a rebate. Rogers your wireless charges are high we should not be experiencing these issues. Get it together. Cells are used for more then social

    @REWoman @One_Percent1 @Rogers Left #Rogers after their big internet outage last year. I am getting much better and more reliable internet service at Bell. The only regret is I should have done it sooner.

It was terribly frustrating. To boot, they wanted to charge me $1200 for the balance remaining for her iPhone. #F-Rogers

    I called Rogers on June 22 to cancel my internet effective July 2. Rogers sent me a gateway return label on June 23 and confirmed receipt on July 13. On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers

    @Rogers the closest tower is 10 mins away this area Iโ€™m in is a complete dead zone the service I get here is not only terrible but ruining my phones battery, I have a sick grandma I take care of and I canโ€™t even call home on one bar OUTSIDE IN MISSISSAUGA ONTARIO
