Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

@RogersHelps I try my best to deal with your inconsistencies but tonight's enough. For the last 4 hours in the L7A area code we have had no internet. I am redirected to a page saying my coax cable may not be plugged in etc. It abruptly happened 4 hours ago and never came back.

@joshin4colours @Rogers Its down in Orangeville too, I lost signal on the highway. I want to start a movement for refunds on our mobile data we paid for while in lockdown. My calls drop 10 mins into the country & I'm not far from you, I lived at royal York & mimico for years.
