@RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

U wanna fight for what $3 then that's on u but outages happen no cell company is perfect.. Get a grip u could have still gone to the appointments. Not their problem

@Rogers. You suck. I still have phone issues. I had ONE question. Waited 5 minutes on phone, got thru, got tranferred got bumped back to rear of wait queue. Online waited 15 minutes for agent. Gave up. Bad enough no service yesterday, but no support today. Ya finally lost me.
