  • philistweeting
Phil Kane (@philistweeting) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

  • SarinSunhil
SS (@SarinSunhil) reported from Markham, Ontario

@RogersHelps And we are aware of the scam you are pulling off by stating that you have restored service to vast majority of customers!! Well orchestrated PR damage limitation scam !! Markham is still in stone age thanks to you !! Some top level heads should start rolling

  • gerryteoli
Gerry Teoli (@gerryteoli) reported from Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario

@RogersHelps I’ve got two kinds of PVR’s. The old kind gets the MLB channel today. The NextBox doesn’t get it today. I’m in Stouffville. Is there a Rogers wide issue or is it me?

  • PerryS33
Perry Schwartz (@PerryS33) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@TSN_Sports @RogersHelps why does the Leafs broadcast on TSN keep freezing up on Rogers Ignite? No other channel is an issue so it’s not a wifi or box reset issue.

  • CarloGon
Carlo Gon (@CarloGon) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@RogersHelps It's the last thing you want us to experience? REALLY??? We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

  • LiteBlCollarWkr
Phil w. Tequila (@LiteBlCollarWkr) reported from Markham, Ontario

@RogersHelps @ReaperOfBurgers I am curious as to how many service tickets I need to put in. This will be the 4th one. They refuse to actually come to the site and yet won't take my screenshots as proof of low speeds...."We found no problem" is the mantra.

Carolina Torres (@carot0rres) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

  • jrlbenedict
Jarrel Benedict (@jrlbenedict) reported from Newmarket, Ontario

There’s no home internet again, @RogersHelps. At this point, Rogers should be paying me. They charge exorbitant fees for awful services! It’s time the CRTC look into the big three telecommunications companies.

  • falu_f10
Falu (@falu_f10) reported from Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario

@RogersHelps been having lots issues with our internet service here in Stouffville this past month. Continued outages almost everyday. I’ve called in a few times and granted I got a few days credit but this is completely unacceptable. Not a happy customer

  • WREDC_Tony
Tony LaMantia ICD.D (@WREDC_Tony) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

Internet, home phone and cable were still out all day today. A tech named Omar assisted w ticket via @RogersHelps on Twitter. There were unresolved issues in my postal area/many households impacted. All fixed now. Tech support folks have been beaten up. Be a gentleman. It helps!

  • jtbrazier
JTB 👊 Consumer Advocate 👊 (@jtbrazier) reported from Markham, Ontario

@Rogers Remember @Rogers RAISED prices for existing customers during the Pandemic 👎 #COVIDIOTS #rogers #sucks

  • ReMaxAllStar
Asif Khan (@ReMaxAllStar) reported from Markham, Ontario

PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

  • nmool1
Mbukhari (@nmool1) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@RogersHelps worst mistake ever getting the ignite tv. Regret it so bad

  • JacquiKJanes
    Jacqui (@JacquiKJanes) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Interesting since @Rogers says none of its call centres are outside of Canada - Rogers Communications states that its customer service call centres are 100% based in Canada.

  • CognizantBeing
    ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers We need to start refusing to use business that give our information away to international call centre people. Than we wonder why our information in compromised. Even our banks are doing this....it needs to stop. We need complain as we are not getting customer service as we should.

  • ThomsFoolery
    Thoms Foolery (@ThomsFoolery) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.

  • mmaTR1LL
    TRiLL🇨🇦 (@mmaTR1LL) reported

@Rogers very accutate statement. Ridiculous prices for a connection that has issues multiple times daily.

  • the_truth1234
    The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported

@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

  • bbbrazil__
    BB (@bbbrazil__) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.

  • keskindidem
    Didem (@keskindidem) reported

I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

  • ColtraneB37457
    ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?

  • mrajeshdav
    Rajesh kumar M (@mrajeshdav) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m planning to move to a new address & you’re not able to same Internet service in the new location and giving me option either to downgrade or exit the contract and ask me to the early termination. For a network limitation at your end you imposing on me .

  • itswheezus
    Wheezus (@itswheezus) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I KNEW WE WERE ******* LYING WHEN I WAS DOING DOOR TO DOOR! We were told to tell people that they brought all their customer service to Canada. I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!
