An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. No agent has been able to resolve the issue and I've called twice with no help.

That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

With the speed that they gave me at 3495 that was slow the one that gave me at 1495 was even slower. Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIn my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
