Karri Ojanen (@karrio) reported from Toronto, OntarioAlthough it’s only telco wire and thus no live current run through, the boxes that are left open, and occasionally taped back shut by the crews like that’s a solution, are there for kids to play with, wires for ppl & animals to trip on etc. @RogersHelps perhaps @311Toronto cares?
