    Happy Fraud Prevention Month @Rogers . There was a Fraud that occured on my phone in Sep 2020 and your teams are still trying to solve that. This has led to numerous call centre follow ups, inaccurate billing and more importantly nightmare of a customer experience. How can I help

    @AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

    @Rogers talking to Cr service Rep & req to speak to a supervisor&my call has been disconnected while I was on hold My issue is i was supposed to receive a Roger's $200 mastercard as promotion offer for my new Net plan which till date I haven't Now they say tht offer is not valid.

    @AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps This is literally the same problem I had. No one pays attention to upload (including tech support) because people primarily only use download. I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

    @RogersHelps when will you offer Apple watch family share? Tons of parents I know are waiting for this feature snd it’s being offered by your competitors for >6 months. I’m a 15 year Rogers customer and if this isn’t offered soon, I’ll be leaving your service.

    Go with bell or any other company! Rogers can’t even give like $20 a month off for a long time 1991 customer. Go with any company but please don’t go with @rogers

    @Rogers ya that isn't really a response. I've had 31 calls in the last 9 hours. I have it silenced but it still ties up the line and fills my notifications. I have never had more than 3 in a day. This is nuts... ROGERS needs to do something. I shouldn't have to pay a 3rd party.

    @jenkalant @FuzzyWuzzyTO Exactly - and they are those billing the estate after the accounts are closed with policies like extra month notice etc. They are not aware that when they do this they lose the living person for life as a customer. (take note @rogers)
