Sean (@Steve9zzj) reported@HomieYak @RogersHelps @Rogers Waited over 1 hr - Ended up using chat support- which was equally as frustrating- Rogers loved collecting our money and working as little as possible for it
-
Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps I haven’t noticed this issue before. I think it was just a one off but it was like something wasnt realizing that a commercial break was occuring.
-
TRG (@TRG_1867) reported@BrendanLLM @Garnet_2203 @Rogers Well no ****. Until it happens, it isn’t counted. Dipstick.
-
Hopp (@HOPP7727) reported@RogersHelps They said they “promise to contact me when this issue is fixed” I am still waiting, and losing confidence they will in fact keep their promise. He even took my contact info if you believe it.
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps @nickl007 I was watching the Knicks game last night on Xfinity tv and didn't see any issues with pixelating etc. but I was flipping between other games so it might have been happening but I didn't see it.
-
Cheryl Hunter 🏳️🌈🇨🇦🌻🦋🇺🇦 (@LadyEmmasGhost) reported@Garnet_2203 @CanadianCoffey @Rogers Rogers can go to Hell. They charge their customers $80 to have in person help at the store location. The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. They’re definitely looking to replace humans.
-
Matan Buchler (@Walsurus) reported@RogersHelps That is the number I am on with. I just got off with a manager. They are now telling me 5 days (from this past Monday) is when the department I’m looking for will call me. Originally on Monday I was told 24-48hrs. Yesterday I was told 72. And now this. This is horrible service.
-
Aman Rattanpal (@AmanRattanpalX) reported@RogersHelps I DID BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP.
-
Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.
