Seriously regretting opting for a @Rogers internet service as it keeps getting disconnected. This is terrible #customerexperience especially since we work from home and pay ridiculous fees. Seriously considering changing my service in less than 15 days #rogers

Don’t mind the GIANT cable line hanging in the middle of the pictures. Thanks to @Bell it appears that may be a permanent fixture with their service... has been for almost 6 MONTHS!! Back to @Rogers 👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼

Stay away from @BellMediaPR — hidden charges and monthly service amount just jumped with no warning. Unhelpful, curt employee when trying to renew our service over the phone. Cancelling immediately and going back to @Rogers. This is ridiculous.

Yet another fail by @Rogers. Woke up to find workers digging a trench in the front to run a line to the neighbour. No notice, no consideration. Rogers: “We’re not happy until the customer’s not happy.” Mission accomplished.

This seems like an odd message to come from a police service, when @Rogers has tweeted no information about an outage themselves. Also, as a Rogers customer, I haven’t noticed any issue.

@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

@RogersHelps That doesn't make sense. The same show on the same channel at the same time every day ie. the news sometimes has restart available sometimes doesn't. Can't be a content rights issue.

@RogersHelps I keep getting voicemails with no content. My phone doesn’t ring but goes straight to voicemail. Been getting these voicemails 3-5 times a day for the past 3 or 4 days :(. Can’t block it because no caller ID (or even any call) registers. Help!!

@RogersHelps Both my digital boxes where not working at two different occasions. Shipped me new refurbished boxes, then insisted they couldn't help by phone sent out a tech. 2nd tech detected low signal. I got an unexpected bill for doing nothing and chatges where not discust wih me.
