@Rogers you are the biggest scam ever! Been with you for over 10 years and every year I have to call to update my “promotion” that I never signed up for. And my price goes up for the same mediocre service with no explanation and you still call it a discount.

Thank goodness I don't count on @RogersIgnight TV for all my TV needs. NO ONE has been able to fix it since my original call on May 2nd! Although it threw a rench in our mother's day plans....@Rogers come on.. step up your service. It's been "escalated" many times. I want my TV!

@RogersHelps I've given @RogersHelps more than one opportunity to fix my issues. Your company has messed this up amd I'm still not satisfied. Smearing images, slow connections, and now i get a text from my son that the tv's atent working at home... Atrocious

@Rogers ignite TV is an absolute subpar service. Resolution consistently drops, signal drops, screen cuts to black. If you have the option of "upgrading to ignite" don't do it. The voice recognition in the remote is hit and miss too #rogers #ignite #CustomerService

It's always disappointing when you're on the phone with @RogersHelps (*611) and they tell you they can't help you and then they suggest something you didn't ask for. Sadly going to @FreedomMobile as they sell the data only option I want for my cousin who's visiting Canada soon.

This is getting riduclous @Rogers.My Ignight TV is STILL not working since May 2when I was told: NO disruption to service.I've spent over 5 hrs on phone&chat.EVERYtime I'm told it'll be fixed within 48 hours.I DON'T want to chat or call ANYMORE&keep explaining.Just FIX IT PLEASE!

So @Rogers doesn’t allow for @TDBank_US texts to come through to Canadian numbers - you know, in case you need to activate your Mobil bank app in this borderless digital age. Rogers tells me it’s a @CWTAwireless code issue. I can’t make this stuff up if I tried. #CXlegends

Thanks @Rogers .... it's taken over a week and a half with 2 apparent escalations and my Ignight TV STILL isn't working. I got my breakfast in bed for mother's day and we were supposed to hang out in bed as a family and watch movies together as we usually do, but now we can't.

Talked to @RogersHelps Friday about dead internet. Problem is tower on Woodruffe. Estimate is 24 to 48 hours. Problem is right across Ontario wherever they have infrastructure
