Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isn’t strong enough for our house 🤔
-
Ralph Oliveira (@oralpholiveira) reported from Toronto, OntarioTwo of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!

I find out that @chaptersindigo hasn’t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as I’m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. (I’m using my Telus mobile phone to tweet.)
-
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support You guys need to get it together. Was promised by one of your guys that I would receive a visa gift card for opening a service and now you’re telling me I’m not? Way to trick your customers.. #falseadvertising

elle alder (@analogmotoring) reported from Toronto, Ontariofun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers
-
AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

The_White_Whippet (@White_Whippet) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Switched to Starlink this December. The internet is great and I have no regrets. Hardest part was cancelling the services because of the crappy incompetent barely English speaking agents at Telus. I don’t ever plan to switch back to any crap Canadian Cartel Communication company.
-
Oladipo (@Oladipoaojo) reportedReally disappointed with @Bell_MTS @Bell service. Since January 29th, I’ve been unable to create a profile for my Bell Mobility account, and multiple support interactions later still no resolution. No one has been able to identify the issue. This shouldn’t be this hard. @Bell
