They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didn’t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isn’t strong enough for our house 🤔

"You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway
