    I have to reboot my @Bell modem like once a week. @ConsumerSOS should investigate them for charging customers while failing to deliver a stable service.

    @Bell spoke with manager of Promotions team and the offer which she gave us is the offer which I could see on your website then why do we even consider to contact you and waste our time and this is what we get for being a loyal customer.

    @Bell_Support on @TwitterCanada were the only Bell Support people that knew what to do to assist me. They were the ones that recovered my e-Mail addresses, after phone support said it could not be done. Thanks for making it right!

    Now 24 hours into @Bell internet still being down. Went to the Bell store to get a new modem and had to tether my phone for work during the day - I’m wasting more of my own money because of this **** service. Why do we put up with this bullshit urge

    @Bell_Support Hi, I am hoping that you can provide an update. The email said that service would be restored this morning but we still have no phone, Internet or TV. I've been using mobile devices to hotspot for my work and the kids' school but am going to blow through data if this continues.

    @Bell just waited 62 minutes for a representative from your loyalty department to cancel an account that you were supposed to cancel a month ago, only to be hung up on when I left the room for 30 seconds. Is this the type of respect you have for your customers time?

    @Bell Canada home phone serivce is the worst since the storm last Saturday. Electricity is almost restored to thousands of customers while @Bell is not able to restore a home phone line.

    @Bell_Support Communication on what's happening would be appreciated. 6 days in. 5 tech's looking at broken poles. 1.5 hours on phone with techinicsl services. Virtual tool states service today at 10pm. Broken poles still broken and no techs in area. Lack of communication to customers is bad

    Heads up. We received an email supposedly from @Bell today letting us know they couldn’t process our payment due to security issues and we are to select an alternate payment method by clicking a link. We checked our statement and no issues as payment had been paid. #Scam

    @Bell They shouldn't be so effing expensive in the first place; it's something that's essentially a mandatory service and cheaper phones have lesser security. STOP SCAMMING POOR PEOPLE.
