We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Peter 🇨🇦🇮🇹 (@PistolP50122591) reported@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.
