    Hi @RogersHelps Jasan in support was fantastic in helping me provide feedback on the technician I just ordered out of my home. She was able to rebook another service call and to ensure he was not assigned to it. She needs a raise!

    @RogersHelps tryin to reach customer care fr problem 3 hours for 3 days no answer. Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?

    Thank you, @RogersHelps for sending Daniel to fix my cut cable service. He was polite, respectful, and really wanted me to be happy with the experience. My internet is working and I can get back to work.

    @RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

    @RogersHelps @wwkuwl Mine Sens game keeps cutting to commercial in the middle of the game play. This looks so bad on rogers and sportsnet. Take nhl live away and can't even watch the game because it constantly goes to commercials.
