  • jrlbenedict
Jarrel Benedict (@jrlbenedict) reported from Newmarket, Ontario

There’s no home internet again, @RogersHelps. At this point, Rogers should be paying me. They charge exorbitant fees for awful services! It’s time the CRTC look into the big three telecommunications companies.

  • BelovedBrands

@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

  • SirLuckHomes
SirLuckHomes Real Estate Brokerage (@SirLuckHomes) reported

@RogersHelps Your technical support confirmed that this is not even possible even with the EID and IMEI provided. It’s not an international device It was actually due to your company preventing e-sims from being emailed. I had to escalate to your customer care team to have the e-sim mailed

  • ampharan
    KIRO Service Consultation (@ampharan) reported

@RogersHelps we closed our account in October 2025, finally got our refund then you decide to bill us for roaming. What is your problem?

  • Agent365
    Allan 3 (@Agent365) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

  • Zeuxis00
    A Nir (@Zeuxis00) reported

@Rogers I have been a Rogers customer for 20 years, and I am extremely frustrated. You have been charging me the wrong amount on two internet accounts even after I changed the plans three times through phone and chat. I have the chat logs where your own agent apologized and admitted the previous changes were not properly applied. I agreed to pay the first 2 incorrect bill trusting it would be fixed, but two months later I am getting the same wrong charges again. This is extremely disappointing. I have been patient long enough. Please fix this properly and make the necessary adjustments. I just want this sorted out once and for all.

  • GrahamBoardman2
    Vantagelvr 🇨🇦🇬🇧🇨🇦🇬🇧🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@GrahamBoardman2) reported

@JayGenXer @Rogers Your call has been directed to Punjabi big rig driver on the 401 who has six cell phones and is doing tech support for Rogers , Bell etc as a side gig to his illegal CDL licence .

  • CanadaMom73
    GenXHockeyMom🇨🇦 (@CanadaMom73) reported

@JayGenXer @Rogers Their service is brutal. This is why we need more cell phone competition in Canada, it’ll force them to have to provide good service or we can go to another provider.

  • shoelettuce
George Glass (but not imaginary)✌️™ (@shoelettuce) reported

Four times now on different days at different times, @Rogers has told me “we’re currently experiencing extremely high call volume and cannot help, please call again later” and disconnected me. Is this a joke??

  • OntarioFrugal
    Ontario Frugal Finds (@OntarioFrugal) reported

@ODSPoor @RogersHelps That is really weird! I got my $20 gift card from Dollarama - no problem.
