  Hold on...trying to figure out Rogers Ignite since the end of January. Still doesn’t work and @Rogers @RogersHelps now states that there is an IGNITE WIFI PROMISE. - where they guarantee wall-to-wall wifi and “proactive monitoring” - can’t help but laugh this Saturday morning

  @RogersHelps It's the last thing you want us to experience? REALLY??? We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

  @RogersHelps I demand that this unauthorized suspension be cancelled immediately and my original service agreement be maintained. Furthermore, I expect any 'suspension' or 'restoration' fees associated with this error to be waived or credited back to my account immediately.

  Arguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.

  @Rogers Yes. My service is still down and according to your website, it is an outage in my area that has gone on for almost a full 24 hours now. Your tech support has submitted a ticket yesterday, but no response has been received yet.
