Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

@Badshah_h @RogersHelps Agreed!! Some of us need our cell phone for work. My day is also thrown due to this! We are expected to pay high rates and on time regardless our situation but when **** hits the fan for them....they are more like oops it’s all fixed now sorry. 😡

I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

@Rogers Really @Rogers? Increasing ALL services in the middle if a pandemic and a month before Christmas? Really?! Checked my latest bill to find an extra $3.39 on my Internet, TV and Home Phone plus and extra $2+ on one of our mobile lines. Seriously? You need that extra $12 that bad?!
