  @Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

  Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

  @rogers @RogersHelps - Your Hitron CODA-4582 is dropping connections and everytime it needs to unplug and replug the power to get device connected. Even factory reset did not help. Your support rep pushes for upgrade to Ignite. Is this intentional tampering by #Rogers?

  How many computers, cameras, phones, laptops, fax machines, TVs, etc has @Rogers & other service providers destroy(ed) by having us plug their cables, cords, etc in our devices? I lost many. Shouldn't there be an adapter to plug the cable in to a device (something in-between)
