@RogersHelps are there any service interuptions for rogers ignite in weston road and starview lane area. Connection keeps cutting off since 1 pm. Now totally lost connection. Ungpugged and plugged router 4 times now doesnt seem to work.

PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

Hold on...trying to figure out Rogers Ignite since the end of January. Still doesn’t work and @Rogers @RogersHelps now states that there is an IGNITE WIFI PROMISE. - where they guarantee wall-to-wall wifi and “proactive monitoring” - can’t help but laugh this Saturday morning

Imagine your power is STILL out due to the massive storm in Ottawa and your work place has power but their Rogers internet is down (outage) So you're FORCED to tether your Rogers device, use all your data and then Rogers won't help with more data @RogersHelps. Horrible service!
