    @Rogers it has been 3 hours since my internet went down completely and I spoke to your associate. As someone who works 9h a day from home this is completely unacceptable. At least give people why rely on you to make a living some damn updates on how long this is going to take.

    @RogersHelps my friend pays $65 for Ignite500. When I called same day - I was offered $109. I have been a customer for >25 yrs and have multiple services. My friend 2 yrs & only internet. On the phone for 3 hrs with Rogers today and you hung up on me & didn’t call back. Pls call

    @Rogers ur ignite is the crapiest service. I have had to spend hours online and phone and it still won't work. Live chat drops out!! Wtf!!

    If you ever consider @Rogers ignite, do your research. Cause when it’s down you have nothing - no tv, no internet, no phone. And after more than a week & multiple service techs showing up - still not working. Worst service EVER.

    @Rogers thanks for troubleshooting my home internet its not fix yet due to a local node issue. I am surprised it took a customer to bring awareness, in this day and age IoT where is the monitoring? These should be self healing systems. Not customer frustration flashpoints.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps not only did Jason W disconnect all my services a week ago without authorization i have to pay an extra $120 to reactivate my service because an agent felt like being a bully that day. No integrity
