Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

    So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

    @RogersHelps @MathesonStep My office saw a huge hit on Rogers traffic my team is all over the GTA and everyone on Rogers dropped @14:37hrs for 5 minutes or less. I had another outage at 11:18hrs too. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Along with deliberately obfuscating means of contacting you directly during a pandemic, being poor at working with customers given current circumstances, the actual "service" that you do provide is lacking. I have tried to speak with someone to resolve a situation
