Hold on...trying to figure out Rogers Ignite since the end of January. Still doesn’t work and @Rogers @RogersHelps now states that there is an IGNITE WIFI PROMISE. - where they guarantee wall-to-wall wifi and “proactive monitoring” - can’t help but laugh this Saturday morning

PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

@RogersHelps I called that number. You guys are so useless. There's no option in the automated system for anything remotely close to that. So I spent 4 minutes roaming around the phone system, and now I'm on call for a department that isn't for the problem I need help with.

Well @rogers failed again received a notice awhile ago that internet ect would be down at some point and we were to receive notice 48 hrs in advance. Never happened,So no warming spouse has important meetings in an hour now she has to scrabble. We need more completion I’m done !

@crazydadrose @RogersHelps @FintechHABS I've been with Rogers for over 30 years and anytime I've had an issue it has been fixed quickly. Being 66 in a que doesn't mean long wait, I've been 57 and my call was answered within 5 minutes.

@Rogers has got to be the worst service provider. I ported to their service November last year and I have experienced the most crappy service compared to previous providers. Their Customer service lines hardly gets you through, I am left with having to deal with the bad service

Treliving's 3 years: mixed trades (lost assets for underperformers), Marner exit helped cap but roster tweaks stalled, heavy identity shift hasn't clicked. 2025-26 mediocrity (around .543 pts%) has fans furious, with calls to replace him. Needs strong finish/offseason to turn it.
