Just experienced the WORST customer service in a very long time with @Rogers. I've been a loyal customer for years and years, and after this encounter, I'm seriously thinking of switching telephone providers and bringing my family with me.

@RogersHelps I had infinite installed on Thursday. Now my internet and tv are unusable since Friday. Called Friday for someone to come out on Saturday. Turns out appointment is for Sunday. Terrible service/product. The guy who installed it spent the entire time asking for help.

Sadly I was lead astray with empty words. And now no solution. @RogersHelps Folks please inbox me with the best plans and carrier. Must be a good company with strong reception as I am a road tripper. And affordable since I have no job.

@RogersBiz @RogersHelps just reiterating the fact that your new online reservation system is an absolute farce. Not sure how you can take 6 days to ship a phone when I was 3rd in queue to get it and reserved early. Meanwhile all the local stores have the phone in stock. Awful.

@RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.
