My bf, a few kms away, & at least one neighbour, are STILL without wifi. Since Friday. It’s Tuesday. How is @Rogers still in business? Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.

@RogersHelps According to other users feedback on here I am not the only one experiencing issue with my ignite tv. It’s still freezing every so often. I’ve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & it’s still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.

Super frustrated with @Rogers . My building got bulk upgrades to ignite. Despite promises of good ignite wifi guarantee. Don't expect them to come through on that. Their wifi 6 modem has the same issue their AC one had with concrete walls. Their mesh pods can't be hardwired 😢

@thevivafrei @Rogers Lots to unpack here. Banks and payment processors issues are due to lack of redundancy (cheaping out on IT budget). Most consumers won't get a backup so competition will help a little bit. What do they mean by competition? More of the reseller/TPIA/MVNO crap the CRTC loves?
