  • adriannap Adrianna Pebbles Prosser (@adriannap) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • jasondooks Jason Dooks (@jasondooks) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers ignite TV is an absolute subpar service. Resolution consistently drops, signal drops, screen cuts to black. If you have the option of "upgrading to ignite" don't do it. The voice recognition in the remote is hit and miss too #rogers #ignite #CustomerService

@RogersHelps Minor problem- wrong model :/

  • aaronvegh Aaron Vegh (@aaronvegh) reported

Nobody cares, but second day in a row with @RogersHelps phone and @TekSavvyNetwork Internet down in my neighbourhood. I just surveyed the field and there’s no good alternative. Arrrggghhh.

  • adavidatkinson Andrea Atkinson (@adavidatkinson) reported

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps The circular logic when it comes to customer service is that if I pay you to protect my device, whether you use a 3rd party or not, it is up to you to ensure that I actually have that protection. Don't pass me off to 4 agents and your 3rd party provider.

  • Zohra_Raza Zohra Raza (@Zohra_Raza) reported

@RogersHelps The internet is not working at L3Y5E2

  • adavidatkinson Andrea Atkinson (@adavidatkinson) reported

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Yes. But I actually had Apple Care+ thru Apple. Best service. Do people actually lose their phones? I can't move from one room to the next without it in my hand.

  • shadowivorywolf ShadowIvoryWolf (@shadowivorywolf) reported

please fix your internet service @RogersHelps

  • meilach Sam Meilach (@meilach) reported

@RogersHelps I just got my ignite tv. When I connected the TV box it's only to the TV. How does it know to connect to my internet? It never asked me for any wifi passwords. I'm wondering this thinking it can be exploited by hackers that can somehow bypass the logins verifications

  • MichailABakunin GW (@MichailABakunin) reported

@Rogers why does your service suck so much? Seriously crashing every 20 minutes. For days now. Get your **** together. Either fix the ******* issue, refund people, or go ******** out of businesss. Seriously wasting my time and money. The problem is systemic so dont ask me to dm.
