I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.

Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.
