I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.
