@RogersHelps you guys are terrible! I told you before I don't receive your email notifications for billing and I'm late once again. I honestly hate that you took paper billing away because it's really screwed me up. I'm calling @Bell about switching because I've had enough!

@Bell I just got off of the worst customer service phone call ever. Agent EZ17061 was rude, was not listening and made me keep repeating things, raised her voice, etc. would love for someone to reach out to me about the interaction

@Bell_Support We just upgraded to Fibe today and now it doesn’t work. Support says we have to wait until tomorrow with no service for internet/TV w/fam of 7.And I work from home. Not good postinstall service Coworkers are asking how the Fibe is working... how should I reply?

And abuse and ridicule from storekeepers, security guards, passersby, housing or peer support workers, all of whom seem to have the idea I did this to myself, or I somehow deserve to be homeless, filthy, hungry, bored, constantly depressed and angry. @Bell says "let's talk". Ok.

Make this make sense: I’m trying to switch from a family plan to my own plan with @Bell. They are making me pay a $50 transfer fee. From bell to bell? No carrier will make me pay this to get a new account. I’ve been a customer for 12+ years!
