  • KevinVuongTO Kevin Vuong 🇨🇦⚓ (@KevinVuongTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@markrmcqueen @RogersBiz @MapleLeafs @BuffaloSabres It isn’t outage free, but @Bell #FibeTV is good and always up during a game. I find if it’s down it’s usually in the afternoon or at end of day before game time, happens quarterly.

  • RoxanneCWhiting L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@JimCaseNL @HMcPhersonMP @theJagmeetSingh @Bell @RogersHelps They call it Fib making people think it’s fibre optic which it isn’t. So you just feel taken advantage of. Son and I never use the satellite at cottage just internet for Netflix or Amazon prime

  • RoxanneCWhiting L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@WhoBelongs @Bell_Support Exactly. Or the... it’s a 3 month free trial but YOU have to call and cancel before the end of the 3 month time frame. No one remembers. So I say. Ok I’ll take the 3 months and give you permission to cancel at the end of 3 month.. OH SORRY YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK TO CANCEL

  • RoxanneCWhiting L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@JimCaseNL @HMcPhersonMP @theJagmeetSingh @Bell @RogersHelps Thigh a bell guy down here said. Switch to bell at home they give you 3 boxes and just bring 1 to the cottage saving $300. Never switched over. Wen they tell you there service call could be 8 hrs.Well no thanks. Plus the ripped up my front lawn missed their target ripped up more

  • MetroManTO Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@JasonParis @Bell_Support Yes. That’s what I do. There’s Fibe TV which is just internet access to Bell tv service. No box, no cable. I just use it for basic channels and add on a 4 channel package for $5 bucks (AMC, SyFy, CNN and MSNBC). You can add Sports packages too which I do during the NBA playoffs.

  • jmwensley Matthew (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@OPCYARockette Given that #China uses facial recognition as part of social control, enabled by #Huawei 5G network, I have said we cannot trust them. I’m shocked and disappointed that @Bell continues to sell Huawei handsets or uses networking equipment. #China will spy on us, no question

  • courtneybeans2 Courtney beans (@courtneybeans2) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@rttdoucet @Bell_Support Change your network in your phone settings .no LTE until they fix it

  • Rajendra Rajendra Singh (@Rajendra) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@andymci @Bell_Support This is two strikes against them for me. If there's another outage in the next year, I'm done with @bell.

  • RoxanneCWhiting L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@leftylabourtech @WhoBelongs @Bell_Support Oh.. then there was @RogersHelps telling us WE NO LINGER HAVE A CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM PRICING. FRIG

  • Mobilio47 Ross Mobilio (@Mobilio47) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Beware @bell promotions, this is the fifth time coming back with an offer. Down to 210+ taxes, for the first 5 months then back to 220 not even close to @rogers $169.41+taxes or even Bell’s new client offers, this is comical, certainly not customer friendly

  • rhabayeb Rabih Habayeb (@rhabayeb) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support your billing support rep just hung up on me while discussing some issues. I'd like to cancel my service today and will be moving to @Rogers , your service is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • courtneybeans2 Courtney beans (@courtneybeans2) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support maybe tell everyone to turn there network settings. Turn off your lte to another network and you can text again

  • courtneybeans2 Courtney beans (@courtneybeans2) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@vasileklaassen @Bell_Support Change your network setting to Non LTE until they fix it. Can use text then

  • Sxngar SANGARRRRRRRRRRRRR (@Sxngar) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@BroHogPlays @Bell_Support Absurd how they dont have 24/7 customer service on the phone LMFAO

  • hqaddomi Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support I'm switching to another provider by January. Your service is so expensive, you don't care about your loyal customers and your sales reps are always trying to get people buy services they said time and time again they DON'T need. I don't know if you can help with any of that!

  • hqaddomi Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

A sales rep from @Bell called today offering me services I told them many times I don't need. When I told him I'm cancelling soon to go with another provider he transfered me to a higher level person and guess what: I got a message that the number is not in service! How stupid!!!

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • kvnrayner Kevin Rayner (@kvnrayner) reported

@FrustratedCan22 @Bell_Support @Bell That does not stop Bell from sending out email to all customers which would have prevented people from rebooting and losing what little service they did have. They also need to be made aware that just ignoring customer calls with no explanation is not acceptable

  • Mrsccpaul Candice Beale (@Mrsccpaul) reported

@Bell_Support I had service on 2 out of 3 receivers. Even got through to a person at Bell. While on hold, my other 2 receivers went down and then the system said the offices were closed and hung up on me.

  • faria_wong Steven (@faria_wong) reported

@Bell_Support I have 5 TV boxes and none work. The app on amazon stick works. Bell cant fix their own box. Whats the deal???????

  • mventon Mike Venton (@mventon) reported

    @Bell_Support No service Kitchener

  • HarbourAllen Allen Harbour (@HarbourAllen) reported

@Bell_Support DO NOT REBOOT your systems. I wasn't able to access my PVR recording, but I had live feed on all channel. After rebooting, I'm now stock on the Bell Fibe blue screen. This is bad software if a remote problem prevent us to access content on our PVR local drive.

  • PLpelham PL (@PLpelham) reported

@bell_support, you have the most expensive services in ON and the worst service! Update your customers when you have an outage! 🤬

@mbode2020 @Bell_Support 11:30 tonight is what I was told by tech support. It’s down across the country.

  • mbode2020 Margaret Bode (@mbode2020) reported

@Bell_Support We, in East York or Toronto, just want an answer as to what the issue is with our Bell Fibe TV and an estimation as to when it might be fixed! This has been going on for 4+ hours now and your silence is not helping.
