    If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

    @cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.

    Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

    @Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they can’t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing

    @Rogers utterly disgusted. No service. Left stranded while trying to pick up wife and kids. Had to stop at a timmies to connect to the free bell wifi in order to get directions and wifi call the wife to inform her of the delay and situation. No eta, no remorse.

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps While I appreciate how hard it must be to restore service, this has wreaked havoc on our ability to work and simply ensure family members are safe! No blame- but please restore service ASAP, and expecting you to give customers a reimbursement on their bills for this!
