    @Rogers got a new plan at M2N1X9 and it gets disconnected 5-10 times a day . Even changed modem as advised by engineer but of no use . Something seriously wrong but no one able to rectify this , sad service

    @rogers 25 brownspring road. Milligan. Hone phone cable and Internet all not working 12 + hours. Is there no network monitoring' modem rebooted connections all checked.

    @RogersHelps crap really with one of the biggest @NBA games and lot of people only have internet no cable they must be mad i live in etobicoke used to be in the beaches where there were 5x as many issues but still annoying

    @RogersHelps Awesome. "Best you can do is tomorrow at noon. Total outage for up to 36 hours and a customer for 20+years. Time to shop around.

    Things I love about Rogers ... their basketball team, hockey team ... things I hate about @Rogers: Ignite TV, especially on busy nights when everyone is watching. Pic quality is horrible and keeps cutting out. I'm paying more for lower quality...

    @DossierCom @tim_ottawa @Rogers Any business or individual that cannot go 1 day without internet should not rely on a single service provider. That isn't on Rogers. That is on them for not taking risk management seriously. Every network will fail eventually.
