    Hey @Rogers How many times do you need to have service techs out to a customer's unit before you ACTUALLY escalate an issue? I'm sitting at 3 over 4 months, each saying there is an issue with noise on the line affecting our whole building, yet still no effort to fix it?

    @TSN_Sports @RogersHelps why does the Leafs broadcast on TSN keep freezing up on Rogers Ignite? No other channel is an issue so itโ€™s not a wifi or box reset issue.

    internet is still down after four days. @RogersHelps cable network is โ€˜degradedโ€™ in my area apparently, but the company refuses to help or provide information. My ISP @TekSavvyBuzz gets no information from them at all. Unacceptable service quality. #oligopoly @CRTCeng

    @Rogers could spend the equivalent of the GDP of the USA on ads claiming it cares about service. But I still wonโ€™t believe it until a friendly human being answers the phone on the third ring when I call and immediately solves my problem. Good luck with that.

I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

    Rogers falsely flagged me for a business account I never opened, threatened suspension, and even closed my fraud report as โ€œnot fraudโ€. Weeks later they admitted it was their own system error. @Rogers fix this and compensate for the stress caused.

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™m still on hold as Iโ€™m typing this. The WiFi is bad at the front of the house even though we have the router right in the middle of our house. My Google camera is constantly losing connection and my daughter is always looking for a different place in the house for WiFi Pods?

    @RogersHelps Thats great but can I not wait on hold for 2 hrs? Ive had this service for less than 2 months and already ive spent almost 5 hrs on hold. This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.

    @Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
