    @Rogers @RogersHelps has the worst customer service of all time. Imagine not caring to restore internet service during a lockdown for over a week and having 5 hour wait times on the phone. Time to cancel my account.

    I spoke with a rep from @Rogers Customer **Retention** Services today who was rude, laughed & treated me like I was dumb, & at one point said, “I let you talk, now it’s your turn to let me talk.” I’ve been with Rogers for 13 yrs with MANY issues. Switching to @TELUS this week 👋

    @RogersHelps Worst provider. I have an issue for a month and all I got promises. I’ve been following with them for almost 10 days on daily basis. Although, they confirmed that 4 accounts in the building having the same, no maintenance crew has deployed at the location to resolve the issue.

    You check @RogersHelps Twitter replies and it's just them saying there's no outages when if that were true you would have half of ontario asking where their service was. Maybe instead of passing the blame, look into the issue

    Of the 4 @RogersHelps reps I spoke with today (it’s been a long *** day), 2 of them were rude (the other 2 were great & apologized for the others). The @TELUSsupport rep was pleasant & offered me a $350 credit & $10/month discount if I switch over. Hmmm... tough choice! 🤪

    @RogersHelps I mean, I don’t work for a cable company so I wouldn’t have known I HAD to do this. They never did it with on demand before we switched to ignite. How many other people had these ridiculous bills? I’m actually scared of my next bill 🥲and I can’t see usage already.
