@RogersHelps Internet down in Waterloo region from 9am-11:30am. Customer service told me they had no other reports, despite 3 of my condo neighbours calling, tweets YOU replied to, and DownDetector reporting it. Why are you lying to people you have contracts with?

@RogersHelps Over a year with internet issues, suggested it was the modem. Told no, modem is fine. Now I receive an email saying the issue may be with the modem and my only option is to pay more for a plan I already have and a $39 setup fee? Disgusting customer service!
