    Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

    @RogersHelps really sad that you and the big 3 are choosing to raise the 10GB NO TAB plans now for no good reason. you know us customers have no recourse but to absorb it and just pay up. For the service we all get everyone knows we still pay really high fees as it is. #crooked

    My loyalty/bundle discount with @Rogers ended this week. When I called to see if there was anying they can so I was told all they could do is reduce the service to get a cheaper rate. I have been with them for over 30 years.
